Wilvia has extensive experience in Accounting and Contracting, which is important because your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make.

Wilvia is a native to the DMV area. She grew up in Alexandria, VA and has also lived in Washington, DC, which are the two areas she specializes in. Wilvia graduated from James Madison University with a double major in Accounting and Human Resources. She also has her Masters in Forensic Sciences at the George Washington University. Wilvia comes to you with years of experience working for the Federal Government performing audits on million dollar contracts, financial decisions, determining damage calculations for issues identified, and property management experience for personal investments.

With her background in Accounting, Contracts, and Human Resources, Wilvia walks her clients through the home buying/selling process from beginning to end so that they understand the risks and rewards of home ownership. Her consultative approach has been invaluable to many clients, and she works to make every client a lifelong relationship by providing advice and resources before, during, and after the transaction.
